What is a Service Plan?

A Service Plan is a convenient way to cover your scheduled ŠKODA servicing for an agreed period, usually over several years. You pay in fixed monthly instalments, avoiding large one-off workshop bills. Can I take out a Service Plan on a used ŠKODA?

What happens if I change my ŠKODA before the plan ends?

If you change your car, you may be able to transfer any remaining balance to a new plan or request a refund of unused elements, subject to terms. We’ll explain your options when you’re ready to make the switch.​

Are Service Plans the same as a warranty?

No, a Service Plan covers scheduled servicing work, not unexpected mechanical or electrical failures. Warranty and extended warranty products provide separate protection, which can be discussed alongside your Service Plan for added reassurance.​
